Chocolate Nutchos

  • 1 bag (12 Oz. Bag) Chocolate Chips
  • 1 bag (12 Oz. Bag) Butterscotch Chips
  • 1 cup Salted Mixed Nuts (or Nut Of Choice)
  • 1 cup Chinese Chow Mein Noodles

Directions

    1. Place chocolate and butterscotch chips in a microwaveable bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, so you don't scorch the chocolate.

    2. When chips are melted, quickly add the nuts and chow mein noodles. Adjust either of these items to your personal taste and stir until combined.

    3. Drop by teaspoonfuls on a wax paper-covered cookie sheet and place in the refrigerator to harden.

    4. I keep these in the fridge in a Ziplock bag until ready to eat. Not that they last that long.
