- 1 pkg. JELL-O Vanilla Whip N Chill Mousse
- 1 qt. Cold orange juice
- 6 each chocolate cake layers (8 or 9 inch), cooled
- 1/2 cup BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted
Directions

1Place mousse mix and orange juice in bowl of electric mixer fitted with wire whip attachment.

2Beat on low speed 30 seconds or until moistened.

3Scrape bowl.

4Beat on medium speed 5 to 8 minutes or until light and fluffy.

5Spread each of 3 of the cake layers (or 1 of the cake layers for trial recipe) with 2 cups of the mousse mixture.

6Top with remaining cake layers.

7Spread top of each cake with additional 2 cups mousse mixture.

8Pipe remaining mousse mixture evenly over tops of cakes for garnish.

9Drizzle with melted chocolate.
