Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. (one 1 lb. can) tomatoes
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 8 oz. mostaccioli noodles, cooked and drained
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, thinly sliced
- Kraft grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Brown meat; add green pepper and onion. Cook until tender.

3Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, water and seasonings.

4In a 2-quart casserole, layer half the noodles, meat sauce and Velveeta cheese; repeat layers.

5Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

6Bake 30 minutes.
