- 4 oz. melted bitter or semi-sweet chocolate
- 2 lb. cream cheese
- 1/4 lb. sweet butter
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 2 c. sugar (if bitter chocolate is used or 1 c. if semi-sweet chocolate used)
Directions

1Melt the chocolate in top of double boiler and let cool while you continue the recipe.

2Mix cream cheese, butter, sugar and vanilla with electric beater.

3Add cooled chocolate and cream well.

4Put in a cheesecloth lined clay flowerpot or form.

5You can also use a square pan lined with a graham cracker crust. Refrigerate overnight.
