Ingredients

  • 4 oz. melted bitter or semi-sweet chocolate
  • 2 lb. cream cheese
  • 1/4 lb. sweet butter
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. sugar (if bitter chocolate is used or 1 c. if semi-sweet chocolate used)

Directions

    Melt the chocolate in top of double boiler and let cool while you continue the recipe.

    Mix cream cheese, butter, sugar and vanilla with electric beater.

    Add cooled chocolate and cream well.

    Put in a cheesecloth lined clay flowerpot or form.

    You can also use a square pan lined with a graham cracker crust. Refrigerate overnight.
