  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. Karo light or dark syrup
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. pecans
  • 1 pie crust, prepared (for filling)

Directions

    In a medium bowl, stir eggs, corn syrup, sugar, chocolate chips, margarine and vanilla until well blended.

    Stir in pecans. Pour into pie crust.

    Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes or until knife comes out clean.

    Cool.
