  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 medium onion, diced fine
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
  • 2 Tbsp. cumin
  • 1 Tbsp. pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 1 small can pinto beans, drained
  • 1 1/2 c. tomato puree
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 pkg. enchilada seasoning (if can't find, use taco seasoning)
  • 1 pkg. (8-inch) flour tortillas
  • 2 cans Cheddar cheese soup

Directions

    Brown hamburger and onion in skillet; add chili powder, garlic salt, cumin, pepper and salt.

    Add pinto beans.

    In small saucepan, combine the puree, water and enchilada seasoning. Simmer about 10 minutes.
