  • 2/3 c. cooking oil
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. cream-style corn
  • 3 eggs, well beaten
  • 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 pod bell pepper, minced
  • 1/2 pod hot pepper, minced
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion

Directions
