  • 250g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 3 tablespoons caster sugar
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 2 eggs separated, whites beaten stiffly
  • 125g semi-sweet chocolate melted
  • Topping
  • fresh fruit

Directions

    Beat Philly* until smooth, beat in all remaining ingredients except the egg whites, which are folded in separately at the end.

    Spoon mixture into serving dishes and chill.
