  • 1 cup confectioner's sugar
  • 1/2 cup soft butter
  • 6 ounces semisweet chocolate (I use choc. chips), melted in microwave carefully
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 eggs (I sometimes use eggbeaters)
  • 1 cup chilled whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons confect. sugar
