  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 8 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • pie crust
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

    Beat egg yolks; add flour and cocoa.

    Gradually add milk, 1/2 cup sugar and salt.

    Cook until almost thick.

    Put in almost done pie crust.

    Beat together egg whites and 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar to make the meringue.

    Put the meringue on top of the chocolate. Place in a 350° oven until brown.
