  • 8 Tbsp. Nestle Quik
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 5 Tbsp. flour
  • 5 eggs, separated
  • 3 c. milk (use large can evaporated milk and add enough water to make 3 c.)
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 stick oleo
  • 2 baked pie shells

Directions

    Mix egg yolks with a little milk.

    Mix all ingredients, except vanilla, in saucepan.

    Cook until oleo melts and mixture is thick. Add vanilla.

    Beat with mixer until creamy.

    Beat egg whites. Pour filling in cool pie shells.

    Top with beaten egg whites. Brown in oven.
