  • 8 pkg. Equal sweetener
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. chocolate (sugar-free)
  • 1 c. canned milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 eggs (use whites for meringue)
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix dry ingredients and then add milk, butter and eggs.

    Cook over medium heat until mixture thickens.

    Use any plain pastry recipe for crust.

    Pour mixture into pastry shell.

    Put meringue on top and bake in oven at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Can use coconut or pineapple instead of chocolate.
