- 1 sq. unsweetened chocolate
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 pie crust
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Bake empty pie crust for 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.

3Turn oven back to 325°.

4In saucepan, melt chocolate and margarine.

5Add sugar and vanilla.

6Beat and add eggs (one at a time).

7Pour into pie shell and bake at 325° for about 30 minutes or until top begins to crack slightly.

8Serve topped with whipped cream or ice cream.
