  • 1 sq. unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pie crust

Directions

    Preheat oven to 425°.

    Bake empty pie crust for 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.

    Turn oven back to 325°.

    In saucepan, melt chocolate and margarine.

    Add sugar and vanilla.

    Beat and add eggs (one at a time).

    Pour into pie shell and bake at 325° for about 30 minutes or until top begins to crack slightly.

    Serve topped with whipped cream or ice cream.
