- 2 sticks margarine
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. pecans
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 5 eggs
Directions

1Cream margarine, Crisco and sugar.

2Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.

3Sift dry ingredients including cocoa. Add alternately with milk and vanilla, beginning and ending with dry ingredients.

4Grease and flour angel food cake pan.

5Pour batter into pan and gently press nuts on top.

6Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
