- 1 stick oleo
- 1/4 c. canned cream
- 1 German chocolate cake mix
- 1 c. coarsely chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1 c. brown sugar, packed
Directions

1Combine oleo, cream and brown sugar in small heavy saucepan. Heat just until oleo is melted.

2Pour into 2 round cake pans and sprinkle nuts evenly.

3Mix cake according to directions on the box; pour into cake pans.

4Bake at 350° for about 30 to 35 minutes.

5Remove from pans, placing praline side up; cool completely and spread whipped cream on 1 layer and top with other layer and top with whipped cream.

6Garnish with whole nuts and chocolate curls.
