  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1/3 stick margarine, softened
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 3/4 c. water

Directions

    Mix eggs, sugar, flour, cocoa and margarine.

    Add vanilla, milk and water; beat until mixed well.

    Pour into a glass dish and bake at 375° for 45 to 50 minutes or until done.

    Let set about 10 to 15 minutes.
