Chocolate Pudding Cake

- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. flour
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1/2 c. skim milk
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 3/4 c. boiling water
Directions

1Cream first sugar and oleo.

2Sift next three ingredients; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk.

3Pour into lightly greased 9-inch round cake pan.

4Combine last sugars and cocoa. Sprinkle over batter.

5Pour boiling water over all.

6Bake 30-40 minutes in 350° oven.

7When done, turn cake upside down while hot. Can be served hot or cold.
