    Combine the first 4 ingredients.

    Bake at 300° for 15 to 20 minutes in an 8 x 12-inch ungreased pan.

    Combine cream cheese and Cool Whip; spread over cooled crust.

    Combine the last 2 ingredients; spread over cream cheese mixture.

    Top with a layer of Cool Whip; sprinkle with nuts.
