  • 2 c. flour
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 c. sweet milk
  • 8 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. cocoa
  • 3 c. water

Directions

    Mix the first 6 ingredients in bottom of pan until smooth. Mix sugars and cocoa in bowl.

    Sprinkle over cake batter.

    Pour water over top of mixture and bake in oven at 350° for 45 minutes.
