  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 (13 oz.) container Cool Whip
  • 1 large pkg. chocolate instant pudding
  • 1 plain Hershey bar

Directions

  1. 1
    Mix flour, butter and nuts.
  2. 2
    Press into a 13 x 9-inch dish. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes (325° for Pyrex).

    Cool completely.
