- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 3/4 c. melted butter
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 2 (9 oz.) containers Cool Whip
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. 10X sugar
- 2 boxes instant chocolate pudding
- 3 c. milk
Directions

1Mix flour, butter and 1/2 cup nuts.

2Press in 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes; cool.

3Beat cheese with 10X sugar. Fold in 1 bowl Cool Whip.

4Spread over crust.

5Mix pudding with 3 cups milk.

6Let stand in refrigerator for 5 minutes.

7Spread over mix in pan.

8Spread second bowl Cool Whip on top.

9Sprinkle with remaining nuts; chill for at least 4 hours.
