- 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- powdered sugar
- 1 qt. chocolate mint ice cream, slightly soft
Directions

1Heat oven to 375°.

2Line jelly roll pan, 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch, with aluminum foil or waxed paper; grease.

3Mix flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt.

4Beat eggs in a small mixer bowl until very thick and lemon colored, about 5 minutes.

5Pour eggs into a large mixer bowl.

6Beat in granulated sugar gradually. Beat in water and vanilla on low speed.

7Mix in dry ingredients gradually, beating just until batter is smooth.

8Pour into pan, spreading batter to corners.
