- 1 Tablespoon All-purpose Flour
- 4 slices White Bread
- 4 Tablespoons Dark Cooking Chocolate Small Cubes
- 2 whole Scoops Of Vanilla Ice Cream
- Oil, For Frying
- Optional Garnishes: Chocolate Sauce, Roasted Cashews

11) For sealing paste, mix water and all purpose flour then set aside.

22) Cut the slices of bread in a round shape with the help of a glass.

33) Flatten the bread rounds with a rolling pin. Put 2 Tablespoons of chocolate cubes in centre of 2 bread slices and apply sealing paste all around the edges of the bread circle and then put another slice on top of it and press it down. Now your chocolate patty is ready.

44)Fry chocolate patties in hot oil - cooking until each side is nicely golden.

55)Keep chocolate patties on a plate and place 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of it and pour chocolate sauce over. Garnish with chopped roasted cashew nuts.
