Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups biscuits Plain
  • 7/8 cup butter
  • 6 tablespoons milk
  • 2 1/16 cups powdered sugar
  • 9/16 cup cocoa
  • 1 3/4 cups peanuts
  • 3 tablespoons essence

Directions

    Crumble your biscuits and the peanuts until you obtain a fine dust. I did that with my blender and it worked just fine, but if it becomes too sticky give it a gentle toss and it will become fine and dusty. Keep 3-4 tbsp of the biscuit dust for the last step and mix the rest together.

    In a saucepan melt the butter and add the cocoa, the sugar, the essence and the milk and mix very well. When it begins to boil remove from the fire and let it cool for 5 minutes.

    Add the butter and cocoa mixture on top of the biscuits and peanuts and mix with your hands until you obtain a paste that you can mold into balls. Don't be scared that it's too soft, it will harden in the refrigerator.

    Form balls and coat with biscuit crumbles or with coconut. Let it set in the refrigerator for 30 min.
