- 34 cup cocoa
- 23 cup sugar
- 4 cups milk
- 1 12 cups strong coffee
- 1 cup brandy
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped with 2 tablespoons sugar
Directions

1Blend the cocoa with the sugar.

2Gradually stir in the milk.

3Heat to a boiling point.

4Remove from the heat and add the coffee and the brandy.

5Chill until ready to serve.

6Pour the cocoa mixture to make a glass two thirds full.

7Add about 1/4 cup whipped cream for each serving.

8Blend well and serve at once.
