  • 5 cups Rice Krispies
  • 12 cup peanut butter
  • 12 cup honey
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 (12 ounce) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips

    Melt honey, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter in microwavable dish for 30 sec.

    Stir.

    Cook another 30 sec until melted.

    Do not overcook.

    Add Rice Krispies to melted mixture - stir quickly.

    Press firmly into greased 9x13 pan using back of buttered spoon to prevent sticking.

    Melt chocolate chips in microwavable bowl (approx 1-2min stirring every 30 sec.)

    Spread melted chips on top of rice krispies.

    Allow chocolate topping to cool and harden.

    Cut into squares.
