  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 sticks butter or margarine
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Sift together sugar, flour and cocoa.

    In saucepan, mix margarine and water and bring to a rapid boil.

    Add to flour, sugar and cocoa.

    Stir until well blended.

    Add buttermilk, eggs, soda and vanilla.

    Pour into large cookie sheet pan.
  7. 7
    Bake 20 minutes in 400° oven.
