Chocolate Sheet Cake Icing

- 1 stick butter
- 3 Tbsp. cocoa
- 6 Tbsp. milk
- 1 box confectioners sugar
- 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix butter, cocoa and milk in saucepan. Heat over low heat, but do not boil. Remove from heat and add confectioners sugar, chopped pecans and vanilla.

2Mix well.

3Frost chocolate sheet cake as soon as removed from oven.

4Cut cake in squares to serve. Makes 24 servings or 48 party size squares.
