  • 1 egg
  • Frosting:
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup powdered cocoa
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 - 5 tbsp buttermilk or milk or brewed coffee
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
