  • 1/2 c. raspberries
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine plus 1 Tbsp.
  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • dash of salt
  • 2 large eggs, separated
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 oz. sq. unsweetened chocolate
  • butter or margarine for dish

Directions

    Preheat oven to 325°.

    Coat bottom and sides of 2-cup souffle dish or two 10-ounce cups with butter (1 tablespoon of butter). Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and chocolate in saucepan.

    Add flour and stir until smooth, stirring continuously. Gradually add milk until thick.

    Add salt and remove from heat.
