- 1/2 c. raspberries
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine plus 1 Tbsp.
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- dash of salt
- 2 large eggs, separated
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 oz. sq. unsweetened chocolate
- butter or margarine for dish
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Coat bottom and sides of 2-cup souffle dish or two 10-ounce cups with butter (1 tablespoon of butter). Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and chocolate in saucepan.

3Add flour and stir until smooth, stirring continuously. Gradually add milk until thick.

4Add salt and remove from heat.
