  • 1 pkg. gingerbread cake mix
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 (8 serving) pkg. sugar-free chocolate pudding mix

Directions

    Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.

    Beat with an electric mixer for 1 minute at medium speed, scraping the sides often, then pour into a rectangular 13-inch nonstick cake pan and bake in a 350° oven for 25 to 35 minutes.

    Allow to cool slightly or chill, then cut into squares.
