- 3 tablespoons chocolate bar dark, flakes, or chocolate chips.
- 2/3 cup margarine
- 3 7/8 tablespoons lard softened
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1 5/8 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Directions

1Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

2Grease a square pan with butter and flour.

3Use a knife to scrape chocolate bar into flakes.

4Put the margarine and lard in a bowl, and place the bowl in the microwave.

5Add all remaining ingredients, except the chocolate, and beat to a creamy mass.

6Add 2 tablespoons of chocolate flakes, and mix.

7Place the dough in the cake pan, and sprinkle with the remaining chocolate.

8Bake for 30-35 minutes.

9Check for doneness with a toothpick, and remove from the oven. Let cool.

10Cut into squares, and serve.
