  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 large can Hershey's chocolate syrup

    Cream together margarine and sugar.

    Add eggs, one at a time. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.

    Add alternately with the syrup.

    Add vanilla.

    Mix well.

    Bake in a sheet cake pan which has been floured and greased at 350° for 30 minutes.
