Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate bits
  • 2 Tbsp. rum
  • 2 Tbsp. strong cold coffee
  • 3/4 c. scalding hot milk
  • whipped topping

Directions

    In a blender, put eggs, chocolate, rum and coffee and mix at high speed until well mixed.

    Add milk and blend another 2 minutes.

    Pour into dessert cups and chill 4 hours or overnight. Top with whipped topping and serve.
