- 2 pkg. quick dry yeast
- 3/4 c. warm water
- 2 2/3 c. warm water
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 9 to 10 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in 3/4 cup warm water.

2Stir in 2 2/3 cups warm water.

3Add sugar, salt, oil and 5 cups flour.

4Beat until smooth. Mix in enough remaining flour to make dough easy to handle.

5Turn dough onto floured board.

6Knead until smooth and elastic about 10 minutes.

7Place in a greased bowl; let rise about 1 hour.

8Punch down dough.

9Divide in half; roll each half into rectangle, 18 x 9 inches.

10Roll up like a jelly roll and place in bread pan.

11Let rise to double in bulk.

12Bake at 425° for 30 minutes.

13Brush with butter and cool.
