Ingredients

  • 250 g cream cheese, softened
  • 200 g toblerone dark chocolate, melted
  • 12 cup ground hazelnuts
  • 2 teaspoons Creme de Cacao or 2 teaspoons Baileys Irish Cream
  • drinking cocoa
  • melted white chocolate, grated
  • melted dark chocolate, grated
  • chocolate sprinkles
  • coconut

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together.

    RollL into small balls, (wet hands are handy) approximately 2.5cm diametres each.

    Coat in either cocoa, melted or grated chocolate, sprinkles or coconut (or maybe you may have a different preference for rolling truffles in.

    Chill for 2 hours.
