  • 3 sq. semi-sweet Baker's chocolate, melted
  • 3 Tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 1/4 c. sifted 10x sugar
  • 1/4 c. brandy or coffee liquor
  • plain or toasted coconut (as needed)

Directions

    Cream butter with egg yolk.

    Gradually add sugar and blend. Stir in chocolate and liquor.

    Chill until firm to handle. Shape into 3/4-inch balls. Roll in coconut.

    Chill.

    Store in refrigerator.
