  • 1/2 lb graham crackers, crushed
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 (13.5 oz) can condensed milk

Directions

    Combine graham crackers, cocoa powder and 1/4 cup coconut. Add condensed milk and mix until combined.

    Spread remaining coconut onto a plate. Roll tablespoonfuls of mixture into balls then coat in coconut.

    Chill until firm.
