Chocolatey Fresh Apple Cake

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 1 c. cooking oil
• 1 c. buttermilk or sour milk
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• 2 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
• 2 c. sugar
• 2/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
• 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
• 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
• 3/4 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. baking powder
• 2 c. shredded tart apples (in processor or blender and drain)
• 1 c. finely chopped nuts
