- 12 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 14 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 12 teaspoon vanilla
- 12 cup powdered sugar
- 80 large pecan halves
Directions

1Melt chips in small saucepan over very low heat (or in the microwave), stirring constantly.

2Remove from heat.

3Stir in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla until smooth.

4Stir in enough powdered sugar to make stiff mixture.

5Refrigerate, if needed.

6Place 1 rounded teaspoonful chocolate mixture on flat side of 1 pecan half.

7Top with another pecan half.

8Repeat with remaining pecans and chocolate mixture.

9Store in refrigerator.
