- 1 3/4 cups low-fat milk
- 3 large egg whites or 3 large eggs, beaten
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 6 cups cubed cinnamon bread or 6 cups egg bread (1/2-inch)
- 1/2 cup miniature chocolate chip
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2In a medium bowl, combine milk, egg whites, sugar and vanilla.

4Stir in bread cubes and chocolate chips.
