  • 1 3/4 cups low-fat milk
  • 3 large egg whites or 3 large eggs, beaten
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 6 cups cubed cinnamon bread or 6 cups egg bread (1/2-inch)
  • 1/2 cup miniature chocolate chip

    In a medium bowl, combine milk, egg whites, sugar and vanilla.
