  • 4oz Philadelphia whipped cream cheese
  • 1 8oz container whipped topping - thawed
  • 1 Tabelspoon baking coco
  • 1 Tabelspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 2 cups Splenda
