- 1/4 c. margarine
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. chicken or pork or beef
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 c. bean sprouts, drained
- salt and pepper (optional)
- 1 can chow mein noodles
Directions

1Melt margarine in skillet.

2Blend flour and meat in skillet until meat is browned.

3Combine onion and celery, stirring constantly, for 10 minutes.

4Add water, salt, pepper and soy sauce.

5Mix thoroughly to a boil (or when veggies are softened), then add bean sprouts.

6Cook for 5 minutes.

7Serve over chow mein noodles.
