Ingredients
- 3 lb. beef or chop suey meat, 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 5 c. chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. molasses
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 (16 oz.) can bean sprouts
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. water
Directions

1Bring meat to boil and pour off water.

2Add vegetables and enough water to cover meat and vegetables.

3Cook 1 hour.

4Add molasses, sugar, salt, pepper and soy sauce.

5Cook for another 1 1/2 hours.

6Ten minutes before it is done, add bean sprouts.

7When finished, thicken with cornstarch and water.

8Serve over cooked rice.
