- 1 lb. onions
- 1 bunch celery
- 2 cans bean sprouts
- 1 or 2 lb. meat
- soy sauce
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- sugar to taste
- cooked rice
Directions

1Slice onions.

2Cut up celery.

3Simmer in bean sprout water in cans until tender.

4When done, add bean sprouts.

5Cook meat separately, then add to the first mixture.

6Cook for a few minutes.

7Add seasonings to taste.

8Use flour to thicken.

9Let stand a few hours before eating.
