Choplet Parmesan

  • 1 can multigrain cutlets
  • 1 large jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. Mozzarella cheese or other white cheese

Directions

    Grate Mozzarella cheese.

    Dip choplets in bread crumbs and fry.

    Put a small amount of sauce in bottom of baking dish. Layer choplets, cheese and sauce alternately in that order, reserving a small amount of cheese for top.

    Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.

    Serves 4.

    Goes well with creamed potatoes.
