- 4 to 6 pork chops
- 1 green pepper, cut in rings
- 1 large onion, cut in sliced rounds
- 1 can tomato condensed soup
Directions

1Flour and brown pork chops.

2Drain off all grease.

3Return to skillet. Pour can of soup mixed with 1/2 cup water over chops. Put onions and green peppers on top of pork chops.

4Simmer about 30 minutes, covered.

5Salt and pepper may be used, if desired.
