- 12 to 15 green tomatoes
- 3 medium onions
- 10 to 12 okra
- 6 to 7 squash
- 2 heads cabbage
- 7 Tbsp. salt
- 2 1/2 c. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. turmeric
- 1 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 2 tsp. celery seed
- 5 c. sugar
Directions

1Cut up green tomatoes, onions, okra, squash and cabbage.

2Add salt and let sit about 4 hours.

3Bring vinegar, turmeric, mustard seed, celery seed and sugar to a boil.

4Add to vegetables and bring to boil again.

5Put in jars and seal.

6Put in hot water bath only until color changes (not too long).
