- 2 qt. sliced green tomatoes
- 2 qt. sliced onions
- 1 pt. red sweet pepper
- 1 pt. green pepper
- 1 qt. vinegar
- 4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. mixed spices
- salt
Directions

1Mix first 5 ingredients and soak with salt and water overnight. Drain and mix vinegar, sugar and spices. Boil 1 hour and put in hot sterilized jars.
