  • 2 qt. cut up cabbage
  • 2 qt. sliced green tomatoes
  • 2 qt. sliced onions
  • 1 pt. red sweet pepper
  • 1 pt. green pepper
  • 1 qt. vinegar
  • 4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. mixed spices
  • salt

Directions

    Mix first 5 ingredients and soak with salt and water overnight. Drain and mix vinegar, sugar and spices. Boil 1 hour and put in hot sterilized jars.
