- 2 qt. chopped cabbage
- 12 medium cucumbers
- 8 to 10 small onions
- 12 green tomatoes
- 12 sweet peppers (red and green)
- sugar
- vinegar
- turmeric
Directions

1Chop all vegetables; set aside.

2Place sugar and vinegar (use equal amounts, 1 cup sugar to 1 cup vinegar) in large kettle. Bring to boil.

3Add turmeric (1 teaspoon).

4Add chopped vegetables.

5Make sure you mix enough sugar and vinegar to cover vegetables.

6Bring back to rolling boil.

7Pack in jars and seal. Process in boiling water bath for 5 minutes.

8Cool.

9Good with soup beans.
